I have outlines for the Multistate bar exam ( Torts, Contracts, Property, Criminal Law,Criminal Procedure, Evidence ) The outlines are of the Bar Bri course, Bar Bri questions, PMBR course, personal notes plus hundreds of questions I worked through.

They are comprehensive, yet concise to study EXACTLY what you need. They are focused on EXACTLY what you need. It does not matter how much you study - this is all you need to know.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY the bar is approaching. These outlines are a life saver.
Here a short sample:
CONTRACTS

General:
1. only six areas that can be asked about on the exam:
a. did the parties form an agreement? (offer & acceptance)
b. is that agreement a K? (consideration)

Revocation of Offer
Ø revocation is a statement that an offer may no longer be accepted. It is effective upon receipt by offeree.

Ø Offeror can NOT revoke in any of following:
§ Estoppel / Reliance:
· offeree relied on the offer (moved to NY to accept job); AND

o Pardon – only in fed cases;

Keep in mind that graders aren't interested in discussions of non-issues and arguments that involve facts or circumstances that aren't in the fact pattern.
